He was born on June 18, 1989, in Gabon. He is better known to football fans as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. He is a Gabonese professional footballer. He currently plays for the English Premier League club Arsenal and Gabon as an attacking player for the national team.
Early career start
During the 1995–96 season, Abameyang entered the world of football by playing for the French football club Luiseri and later developed into a youth football team for the youth teams of Nice, Luiseri, Lavaloa, Bastia, and AC Milan.
In the 2006-07 season, he began his senior playing career by playing for the Italian club AC Milan. Since then he has played for Disney, Lille, Monaco, and Saint-Etienne.
In the 2010–11 season, he joined French club Saint-Etienne for around 2 million. In his last season for Saint-Etienne, he won the 2012–13 Coupe de la Liga title.
After spending three seasons at Saint-Etienne, he has signed a contract with German club Borussia Dortmund for around 13 million euros, where he has scored 141 goals in 213 appearances in all competitions.
In the 2017–18 season, he joined the English club Arsenal from Borussia Dortmund for around 64 million.
In 2009, three years after his French debut for the France U-21 team at the Abameyang age, Gabon made his U-23 debut. She made her international debut for Gabon in 2009; He has scored 27 goals in 67 appearances for Gabon. He has represented Gabon in four Africa Cup of Nations (2010, 2012, 2015, and 2016).
Personal life
Aubameyang was born in Laval, France. He is the son of former Gabonese international footballer Pierre Aubameyang and the younger half-brother of Catalina and Wiley, both of whom played for Milan's youth team. His mother is Spanish. He is married to Alisha Lig, the couple has two sons, Curtis and Pierre.
He is multilingual and speaks French, English, Spanish, Italian, and German.
